Overview

Co.Mac. pallet checker is useful in verifying that pallets are free from structural damage, are in optimal conditions to support loads and compliant with safety standards.  The system uses multiple sensors, including cameras and profilometers, to capture data from the pallet. Scanners are housed in a casing that protects them from direct light and shields the operator from the their rays. Once the scan is complete, the result is calculated based on the inspection recipe and communicated via TCP/IP socket. The system analyzes the collected data, comparing it to pre-defined criteria to detect potential flaws or inconsistencies.
