Skills:
- She is involved in the kegging and bottling sectors: she gets the purchasing orders, prepares the offers and inserts them in the Company computer system
- She is the reference to the geographical francophone and anglophone areas in relation to customer service.
- She is always in contact with the shipping department.
In case of important orders for keg lines, Silvia is also responsible for the Customer training.
She collaborates with the Communications Office too, especially for the management of social networks and advertising.
Reserved, delicate, ethereal and light, an apparently impalpable presence, behind which lies a professional, helpful and cooperative figure, always vigilant and attentive to what happens around her.
Languages: Italian, Spanish and English.
Innate qualities: Reliability, patience and availability.
Skills acquired: Competence.
Hobbies/peculiarities: Reading, cinema, art and photography. She loves to travel and keep up to date on what happens in the world, talking also with her international friends. She used to dance flamenco and occasionally dusts off his bicycle, although she prefers a warm sunny beach, even better, the sofa!
